Born in Albi in 1864<\/strong>, Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec is one of the most famous French artists of the late 19th century. The museum houses the world\u2019s largest public collection dedicated to his work. Built in the mid-11th century, the Pont-Vieux has been part of Albi\u2019s history for nearly a thousand years. 151 metres long<\/strong>, it played a vital role in the town\u2019s commercial and urban development by linking the two banks of the River Tarn.<\/span><\/p>\n
